Your account, or an account registered to your phone number, has connected to a Valve Anti-Cheat (VAC) protected server while running cheat software, resulting in a VAC ban. As a result, your account has been permanently banned from Valve matchmaking and will not be able to trade or list items on the Community Market, send the game as a gift, or receive item drops from the game you have been banned in.

VAC is designed to prevent players from using external applications to play games with an unfair advantage, and we maintain a zero tolerance policy towards cheating to establish a fair game for all players to enjoy. Even if you were unaware of cheats being used or weren't using the account at the time, the VAC ban will remain on the account. We have no way of modifying or removing VAC bans that have been placed on accounts.
