Mordhau is like the little neighbor kid,
its weird and you don't wont to play with it for good reason,
but you end up playing with it, from time to time,
for the reason that everything change with time,
and it can't get any worse... right?
WRONG!

Basically the "weird" Stuff of Mordhau are unbalanced game mechanics.
If you want to get one hited by a fat hammer that swings as fast as a bastard sword,
get you body covered in arrows every few minutes,
stabbed to death by horse riders with a lance in a blink of an eye,
and get a trauma similar to PTSD, after the first in game hour...
then congrats, you found the match of your life.

By the way is there no patch in sight that promises a fix for the in an ironic way shown critic,
for the extra breeze fun ^^.
2 out of 10, would recommend.

Eddit after another 300 hours:
Just play on Community Servers like Trickster 2, it is a lot more fun...
