Best game in this genre, the planes, and tanks feel so good to control, cant say much for the ships as I havent put time into that. The tanks, have a crew and you die when the crew dies, which makes sense, no bs health bar. The planes perform excellently. In arcade, your planes and tanks can perform tasks they realistically couldnt, for example, tanks will be quicker and planes can pull off some crazy stunts. You then have realism where everythings grounded back to reality, so with tanks your name tag doesnt appear to enemies, and you will travel at the correct speed. In realism you get one life in aircraft, but in tanks you have funds, you can afford one tank you own at the start and as you kill or complete the objectives, you gain more and can respawn in a tank or plane if you wish. Realism is where you get the most xp, just have to get good and learn the game. One of the bets ww2 games out there, and imo, better than WoT as i find WoT too arcadey, thats the main difference between these games, if oyu want an arcadey experience, play WoT. Theres nothing wrong with that, but i like a bit more realism
