Wait for Sale!

Unbound had the potential to be a solid modern nfs but falls short due to a few major reasons.

Cops can only be described as frustrating. They are easy to get away from, but constant; you can't make it from point a to point b without wasting 10-20 minutes on uninteresting cop chases at heat level 5.

Handling is a downgrade from heat, mainly due to way too much oversteer. I have seen others say otherwise, so I guess this can be considered a personal preference.

No variety in race tracks; within 10 hours of gameplay, I'm already bored of seeing the same circuits and racers over and over.

Awkward out of touch gen z dialogue and story, though there are some nice little references and Easter eggs here and there.

Bad game pacing is very prevalent. I have stacks of cash built up with nothing to spend it on as I have cars at the highest level at each tier, and the game won't allow me to upgrade my main car above a certain rank until the story allows it.

All of this combined makes the game hard to enjoy on long sessions (More than one in game day) however i do find myself having fun in short bursts before i start to get bored/frustrated.
