Pinball FX3 is probably the best you are going to get with a digital pinball game. But that said it is still far from perfect.

First and foremost the Multiplayer challenge league is utterly pointless and idiotic. You are actually not playing or competing with anyone aside from essentially grinding out the number of times you can play the game in a week. It has absolutely nothing to do with how good you are and in fact the game punishes you for doing good.

Here is how my normal "Multiplayer" challenge league match goes. I select a score I can easily beat, Play the game for about 1 minute until I beat that score and then I go get some water, clean my room, read a book or Shift+Tab to open the steam overlay and browse steam while the timer runs down to 0 After that I get my points and I do the same exact stupid thing over again. Dear lord I am so glad that next week I will have finally hit the max league rank and can stop doing this ridiculous stuff.

Why do I do that you might ask.. Its simple. Say for example I need a score of 600,000 to get the max points for the match and I can get that in one minute. I stop at 620,000 or something close to 600,000 the next time I play the game is going to tell me to beat another score that is close to 600,000 and I'll get the same points again.. On the other hand if I play the full 3 minutes and I get a score of 3,000,000 then the next time I play the game is going to tell me that I have to get a score of 2,600,000 or something like that. But lets say I get really lucky and have a one in a million game and I get a score of 20,000,000 then the next time the game is going to tell me I need something like 19,000,000 to get the same exact points I would have gotten for 600,000 points. You do not get any more points for having a higher score and in fact punish yourself because suddenly you are less likely to get that higher score and get the points you need.

You are 100% totally NOT competing with anyone but yourself and you do not get any additional points for doing well because you suddenly are likely to not win your next game and thus you loose those so called "domination" points you got.

In fact it is so idiotic that on some tables like Marvel Civil war if you just launch the ball the first time and then do absolutely NOTHING the entire match you will finish with a score of 15,000,000 or something like that and don't even need to play at all.

They really need to take a look at something like Lord of the rings Shadow of War on ideas of how to do Single player Multiplayer. or simply make it so the scores you have to beat are actual real scores from a recent game played on your table and if you take a lower score to beat then the people who scored higher get points because you conceded to them by choosing a lower score and then when you finish with an actual high score that you tried for then you might get points when other people concede to you.

Aside from all that there are problems with optimization on a number of tables. I am running a PC with 48gb ram, i7 7700k and an RTX 3080 ti and this game stutters and has frame rate drops on a number of tables. There is just no reason for that on a PC that can run just about any game on High - Ultra Settings just fine.

Besides the negatives here the game is fun. I just absolutely hate the multiplayer even though I am grinding out until I get to the top league just because but once that is done I will be so happy to leave that and never look back. Just don't get it for multiplayer aside from maybe some hot-seat games and know your'e probably not going to run this in 4k and even with an RTX 3080 or better you might not want to, you could like I do but its annoying to see my ball jump and frame rates hit the floor occasionally when I'm running with a 2,000$ video card.

Hey, regarding your Talisman review (since comments are disabled on that review): there's an option to collapse choices in the bottom right. That should let you see what the choices mean. Not sure why that option is there at all, but the game's pretty clunky overall.

So how many mods are you using for Skyrim? Currently, I have around 67 or so.
