Not only is it clunkier than Batman Arkham City which came prior, It somehow manages to be more jank than the very first title in the series. You will play the way they want you to play, you won't enjoy it much at multiple if not almost all points. You WILL use the glue grenade, whoever reskinned the ice grenade is SUPER proud of it and you WILL utilize it always. The worst bosses out of all the Batman games mechanically.
It's fine batman content but as a game it fails so hard and so often it's not even funny. Get it if you want to slog through misery for a decent-ish story.
That's the whole vibe I get from this game, it's like they wanted to make a Batman movie but could only get the right to shoehorn a game in between Rocksteadys titles and it really shows.
I won't bother on the saving graces much, I put in quite a bit of time into it so there's that and if you like Batman content enough to overlook such things you don't really need a review anyway.
