Update 2024: Switching to not reco cos Crytek and their devs are incapable of fixing their game.. Only thing they are capable to do is feed their greed with more skin dlcs and ingame BP events (events/BP are actually good) and every single update breaks the game more and more. It can be fun with friends but the fun gets ruined pretty fast with tons of bugs, no life hackers (cos why would they ban them) and servers that always make sure that ur headshots don't count cos server lag delays ur bullets!!!!

Even tho there is a lot going against this game I am suggesting it but only cos I had a decent amount of good and fun times with friends in this. If ur gonna play it with friends go for it but otherwise don't cos solo becomes boring after a few games and the game is all but beginner friendly (yes you can que with random ppl but you know how that goes :D Some will leave cos ur beginner/noob and don't have meta loadout, some will be good team mates and try helping you and some will be straight up trolls and similar)..

The good:
+ PVE done really well
+ The sound is great most of the time
+ Really fun gunplay when playing playing against ur own rank without server bulls**t (and not vs insta headshoot every shoot hacker or no life camper)
+ Very nice boss design
+ 3 maps and map size is great
- sadly have a very big feel there won't add more maps
+ Multiple "weather" conditions day/night/fog/dawn (random per each round, but guess what! Big con cos sadly 80% of rounds is plain day..)
+ Lots of weapons/loadouts to chose

The horrible:
- The team has a 99% focus on adding more and more and more ♥♥♥**ng skin DLCs.. It's like can you work on fixing the below issues, reworking the bosses and on adding a new map maybe? Srsly this is ridiculous.. Fix the below and then split your time on keeping the game fun/balanced/updated and the rest on your sad greed with skin dlcs.. Happy the only thing I paid for was the base game on sale cos u don't deserve any more money for this. At least they did the game mostly good before going full pubG with only greed and paid skins.. Don't get me wrong if they were actually keeping the game updated, balanced and fresh (with some fun updates, reworks and good new stuff) I wouldn't even mention the skin dlcs..

The really bad and bad:
- Horrible hitboxes and server lag or something like that (server lag: happened a few times - I saw a flame bullet fly next to me/to the right of me and I died from headshoot while it should have been a miss.. Horrible hitboxes: had multiple clean headshoots that didn't kill and had a few near headshoots and instead of missing I got the headshot kill.. Those rare games where there is no server ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and random hitboxes the game is super fun)
- No life campers/ppl who "play" just to ruin everyone else's fun (they might literally sit the whole game in a corner waiting for someone to come in and eat a shootgun or they camp close to the boss/clue without the clue turning red to shoot anyone who comes to.. I mean either play the game or don't..)
- No life hackers..
- Once u get the hang of it bosses become 2 weak, boring and useless, sometimes even annoying - they rly need a good buff or some type of rework (never gonna happen probably)
- Night time is super rare, fog and dawn somewhat rare and most games are just plain day time (would be better if it was day/night cycle with sometimes fog/rain or if night and other weather conditions would occur more often)
- Meta is meh.. I get that there will always be stronger and weaker guns but having a few being way 2 OP isn't meta done right.. (it can be so bad that whoever uses meta weapons is almost invincible unless they can't aim..)

Overall the game is amazing when you get lucky and get the "right" conditions (no server lag, random hitboxes and campers/hackers). Either way be prepared to have some rounds where you are unstoppable and some where you can't do anything but get instaheadshot the moment someone else sees you. Game could be waaaaay better but unless the playerbase drops hard the devs won't bother I think..
