It's a solid game with a fun gimmick! It's very worth the cheap asking price for now, even if the songlist is still a little small for now. I had quite a number of hours in the demo, so I already a lot of the songlist cleared when the full game came out, but I'm really glad to see it here and ready to get more content.

It lacks all of Monster Hunter's trademark rough edges and friction. You just kinda... do whatever... and it all works out. The autopilot seikret doesn't feel good. I at least enjoyed the tracking in World, even if it did just end up leading to the same "go straight to destination" gameplay, it felt like you're actually learning something, or working towards something, until you could actually find the thing you were previously blind to. The game lacks content. I never felt like I was really working towards something because I played the entirety of HR story with kut-ku gear and never felt threatened, even if I played all of the MSQs solo. Then you beat the game and there's not really much to do beyond just try out new weapons or builds, which you also don't have to work for.

That said, it's Monster Hunter, and Monster Hunter gameplay is good. It's really hard to say much more than "It's Monster Hunter, so it's good" even if this totally sucks compared to past games.

To be clear, this is a good game. It seems, however, that SNK has decided that owners of this version of KOF XIII will not be upgraded to the rollback patch. Do not buy this version, it is a scam.

the only thing i think is bad is that you can't make her stay on top of other windows without a separate tool
my recommendation for the tool is microsoft powertoys, with the border option turned off
