I almost didn't buy this game because the banner with the photograph is cringey. It's super out of place for this game, the developers should have used something from the game.

The game was interesting. I enjoyed the sound mechanics and took the game slowly and patiently. I like exploring and reading things and I wish there were more things to read. The second floor gets downright nerve-wracking. Overall the game is unsettling with the creepy noises and the way the monsters would just stop and listen as if they knew you were there. It's a fun play.

I knew this game had a heavy subject matter when I went in but I was completely unprepared for the game to call grooming a minor and impregnating her "an affair". I chose not to finish the game because I was really grossed out by that, and no where in the game did it say or allude to the fact that the main character's father was a pedophile and it was wrong. He was just a man who "fell in love" with a minor. While I did not finish the game, I did read that the "good" ending was the one where you choose for the main character to commit suicide. I am so disappointed in this game, I expected more. I'm not a stranger to playing games with heavy subjects but I didn't expect the game to portray grooming and suicide in a positive manner. I definitely don't recommend.

The first thing I want to say is that this soundtrack comes up on my Spotify Wrapped every year cause I listen to it so much. It's definitely in my top video game soundtracks. The game itself is full of rich storytelling and fun gameplay. You don't have to play the first game to appreciate this one, but I would recommend it.

Fane is bae and the best skelly boyfriend and I love him so much.

The game is fun, I really like the story and you can explore so much. I'm happy they added a closet where you can change your clothes appearance and the mirror/ripper doc to change your V's appearance. I haven't even finished the game yet because I am so distracted by doing all the things but I like to do all the things.

I love the photomode and i'm constantly taking screenshots. The options to add effects and such are neat too.

My biggest gripe is the lack of romance options and I'm so disappointed the only male romance option for female V is a cop (River). The fact that you can't romance Takemura is a C R I M E. He's bae. I love Judy but I wish I could date Panam too. I haven't met Kerry but I know what he looks like so the only thing I can say on him is he's pretty and I would love to romance him as female V.

Overall I do like the game though.

I love this game! I picked it up cause it looked pretty and now I'm thoroughly invested. The characters, the music, the style, the bits of different kinds of games sprinkled throughout, it's really fun. Definitely pick it up!

I will say I wish there was a gallery with all the CGs you can access in the game and hopefully trading cards and achievements one day.

I'm writing this having finished the game for the first time and I'm having a hard time seeing through the tears. No game has ever touched me so deeply. What a beautiful story about the love a sister has for her little brother and how she would do anything to protect him. The voice acting was phenomenal and the music gave me chills. Well done.
