Is this a woke game? Should I put it on ignore?

Let me start by saying that I'm part of the community and this isn't a complaint, just some thoughts! How are are half the characters in this game LGBT? Is there some mystical rainbow ley line convergence underneath this hotel that brings them all together? There are at least 7 gay characters in this game. I just feel it's perhaps a bit too on the nose that half the cast is gay. But perhaps the message is "We're everywhere so treat us right"? What do you think?...
