It feels odd to review something with this description, but Gears Tactics FEELS like a Gears game. It's got that gritty, gory artstyle and gameplay, which sticks true to the other Gears games in the franchise (While adding that top-down-turn-based strategy spin to it). The guns feel as they should and look to hit like they should and do in the other games. The sounds design is stellar and the sound track *Chefs kiss* is bloody brilliant. The amount of times I've just sat there mid firefight just bopping to the music playing for that mission is embarrassing to say the least.

If you've played the other Gears games in the franchise and are looking for a well written, fun, unique Gears experience I would highly recommend buying Gears Tactics. You'll be missing out otherwise :P
