I love the core mechanic that involves "immersive" food preparation. Think of an extended Arx Fatalis cooking system—you have to move around the kitchen, throw ingredients around in a goofy way, and I find it great! Even if the core mechanic starts to feel repetitive and boring around the middle of the game (which was about an hour in for me), you can still try to optimize and prepare orders as fast as possible.

As for the horror elements, there are a couple of jump scares. They did catch me off guard, but overall, the game has more of a thriller/uncanny vibe, which suits me better.

The story and characters feature some funny dialogues from time to time, although I wouldn’t say the story is very engaging. The biggest fun comes from the food preparation!

As a fan of short experiences and fresh mechanics, I totally recommend the game. You can feel that the developer put a lot of heart into it and did their best.
