EDIT: Personally i still enjoy the game and its free so I will keep it positive, but those queue times are really bad and even if you are in the game matchmaking often does not work. If you are a new player, start on a server with low population and avoid EU Central.

Keeping it short:
Character creation is alright but not great
Graphics are beautiful, the effects are awesome
Soundtrack is alright, there are a lot of good pieces in between the standart fantasy stuff.
Gameplay, this is what you're here for, its impactful, its diverse and its awesome. I love how it feels and the complexity, it goes quite deep and you can customizes a good amount.

Its also a bring the player not the class game. Its well ballanced and you can do great with any class, although of course some are stronger in certain types of contents than others, as long as you have a good item level and engravings you can be a badass with any class.

No pay2win i can see here so far.
