The base game itself has a lot of content, with great class stories (Imperial Agent) and not so great ones (Jedi Consular).
There's a wide variety of planets to visit, each with their own unique environment, story arc and enemies. As you progress through the story, you get new companions to accompany you on your adventures. Following the base game are some great expansions, some of which are available to F2P players, while the latest ones are only available to subscribers and preferred (having subscribed once in the past) players.

My personal favorite expansions are Knights of The Fallen Empire and Knights of The Eternal throne. As a huge KoTOR fan, they brought back a lot of memories and I enjoyed them immensely.
