tainted eve isn't so bad as long as you keep a few clots alive, you can quickly use sumptorium to save them if they're about to get killed
as for ultra hard i couldn't tell you how i beat that

Mr Headcrab. As a fan of your work for Isaac (I have not once downloaded one of your addons (It's because I want to get every achievement before playing around too much)). How TF do you actually play Tainted Eve without having a bunch of mental breakdowns even trying to get to Mom's heart and HOW DO YOU ACTUALLY FINISH THE ULTRA HARD CHALLENGE OMG
