This game is fun, lots of items and characters to create a ton of different viable builds. I think this game has enough variety to have a lot of replay value.

Surprisingly fun/deep. The refinement of play style/aiming for high scores is addicting. I hope another DLC will drop as the first one added a ton of depth and fun.

Fun, like Vampire Survivors had a baby with Diablo II but with a good sense of humor. I also really enjoy the voice acting.

It has it's pacing/frustration points but overall it's a great game in the same vein as Wonder Boy in Monster World. If you like old school action platformer rpgs with a highly polished art style, this may be a good game for you to play!

No spoilers, great card game, even when it seems unfair, stick with it, it is pretty amazing.

This game is a bit grindy but there are lot's of upgrades to unlock, a fair amount of strategy and really cool pixel art. If you like wave defense style games and/or Kaiju, this will definitely entertain.

It's fun, sort of a blend between left 4 dead and red faction. It also has hub base where upgrades and customization (and more..) occurs in between levels, very similar to Warhammer Vermintide, though I would say this hub is better thought out, certainly more to do and larger.

I loved Prelude and playing offline in 1st person isn't too bad here either. The problem is I can't see to host a game and the only server in the list was private. When I try to start a match (even private) it "loads" and then I find myself back at the main menu. How can it be so hard to host a game, Prelude had no issues there...

The latest update is so much smoother and more playable. My only annoyance right now is that dwarfs will needlessly mine blocks that weren't designated for mining even if they have a viable path to the around that block.

I wanted to like this game. I really did, I ultimately just can't play it in it's current state. From the footage it looks basic but potentially fun but there are a slew of issues that honestly shouldn't even exist thanks to years of game design to borrow from.

1.) Enemies can shoot you before they are drawn on screen. The length of rooms/halls in the environments can exceed the draw distance of the engine. I had many moments where I was being shot at without knowing where the enemy was until moving forward a little bit and them popping into existense.

2.) Poor contrast for enemy models. The little green mutant monsters blend into the environment half the time on the first level and you have them biting your ankels before you know what happened. This wouldn't be that big of an issue except...

3.) Turn speed! There is no adjustment for turn speed and you can't turn fast enough to deal with the sheer amount of enemies in some of the rooms. You either have to inch forward and then try to lure some towards you (good like, the enemy pathing is also very poor) or you run and gun and hope that you can turn to each enemy before you are killed.

4.) Sometimes you can't shoot. I am not quite sure but it seems like the game gets confused when too many inputs were activated. So when you are trying to navigate and turn and shoot at the same time, it sometimes prevents your character from shooting.

5.) Less a gameplay complaint and more a rendering complaint but there were many times were weird graphical glitches occured, chunks of the level would pop in and out with a weird white or other color chunk taking their place. It was very frustrating.

I hope they will take the time to at least address the controls issues, because then this game would be playable, not necessarily fun, but playable.
