We read the document you sent to Alox and debated about it. The overall consensus is we don’t want to be involved in any capacity during the content creation phase of the tour. If you want to take charge of the tour and make it your own, you must make all the leadership decisions entirely by yourself using your best judgment and discretion, like Braindawg does with Potato MvM. For example, it is up to you and your team to decide whether to keep the tour private or open it to new contributors. You have full discretion to do whatever you want; we will not opine on anything.
Should you manage to assemble a complete package of assets that you are ready to drop at our doorstep, that will be the appropriate time to discuss the next steps. As for deadlines, there was never one set (Feb was merely a suggestion) so you can take all the time in the world to get your assets together.
Thanks. I hope that answers all of your questions. All the best.
