Day 1
>Buy base game because I thought it was good
>Start fishing
>Spend all day fishing
>Get fishing to level 46
Day 2
>Get fishing to level 50
>Find out that max level of base game is 50
>Buy Shadowbringers for more levels
Day 3
>Finish my fishing quests
>Level 60
>Realize I need to beat base game in order to do more fishing quests
>Realize I'm only a level 29 Pugilist
>Fun game

Also, if you buy this game on Steam, you are stuck to steam. If you don't want that, then buy the windows edition. There still is crossplay between everyone else, but you won't be able to buy expansions from other places.
