I heard of a recent controversy concerning this game and, well, decided it was time to actually review the game I had played so much (Mostly on a friend’s account, I bought the game as a formality to support the devs). And, well, jeez, as fun as it is to begin, the story, if you could even call it that, is more or less a slog to understand none the less care about. Gameplay, while fun, becomes stale as you realize that the AI is about as nuanced as the story (it isn’t.) And well, the game isn’t exactly a looker. All those things combined lead me to say that, no, I really can’t recommend this game when things like Hotdogs Horseshoes and Hand Grenades blow this game’s content /price ratio out of the water.
