I love that the more you "play" the more scenic props will be added. (Sheep, mountaintops, etc.)
Looking at my second monitor and seeing a nice view passing by is relaxing and even thought the sceneries always changes somewhat, I don't have the desire to permanently "look out the window" just because in its essence it's always the same to some degree.

The option to change the train speed, enable background music and sounds (train, people and noise) are also a really nice touch.

I just realized that you can choose to ride backwards. (And even disable the coffee cup from the DLC. And that's just outrageous! We need coffee!) I don't like it, but hey, to each their own.

The only negative point would be, that tasks don't get saved and every time you restart the game you need to type in the tasks again. (Can be positive if you're a task hoarder like me and never delete anything.)

Edit: It's also free, so I don't think anybody has a right to critique the game without paying for a cup of coffee for the developer. (DLC)
