It plays like the memory of the original.
If you know the original you will be in for revisiting locations you know.
Some things are changed but in my opinion to the positive.
Isaac speaks now. Rarely but he does.
The way it was made clearly is essentially a loveletter to the original.


Also if you did not play the original there is no harm in going with this version instead.
This game works with Proton now hence the positive review.
