The game is very realistic, but it has drawbacks.
Pros:
-Very good damage simulation
-Lots of customization
-Multiplayer (3rd party)
-Sandbox, meaning you can do whatever you want for hours on and on

Cons:

-Bad optimization
-Some cars just having very weird configs and setups (f.e. LeGran has FWD race preset, Covet is FWD only)
-FFB is pretty bad, when you let off the clutch in 1st gear on a straight perfect road, the steering wheel goes nuts as if I'm hotlapping a racecar or something
-Some cars have bad engine sounds (usually V8s sound very, very weird. V6s here sound sick af)
-Bad AI, they stop on the middle of the road, go under the speed limit, brake check you randomly for no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ reason. THEY SUCK AT DRIVING
-Game crashes a lot over the smallest things like 8MB memory or something instead of not responding. It crashes also when I plug my steering wheel (G29) out of the USB and plug it back in for no reason. It just freezes. After the game crashes, you'll get atleast 5 pop-ups saying the same ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about why the game crashed. There's no option to turn those pop-ups off. Speaking of the game crashing, when you ALT + F4 it doesn't even close. IT ALSO MAKES IT FREEZE, so you have to go into task manager and force it to stop.

Overall it's not the best. I recommend playing with AI only if you have good patience, they can piss you off. I play either fully singleplayer or I play with 1-2 friends, so my computer doesn't wanna die. I recommend really abusing and testing the game on the first 2 hours, so you see what the game can handle and what it sucks at.
