You mean the one on the Eldorado? You just need to use the rear-most switch as the steering input. I didn't really design it to be user friendly so you need to tinker with it if you change the settings on the axles or the dimensions of the car. The placement of the controller itself also matters, make sure it's near the center of the car. Also disable automatic counter steering from gameplay settings. If you can't get it to work, try copying all the axles together with the logic so that you have the exact same setup.
