I like Webfishing. I do a lot of fishing! I wish this game was more like Elden Ring, though. It is lacking a boss fight mechanic. After a long day of Webfishing (and I truly do mean long [what]), I want to hate myself. But I also want to love myself too. That's why I even play Webfishing! It distracts me from the fact that my life is slowing falling apart and there's nothing I can do about it other than sit on the sidelines and cry.

You see, I'm slowly going more and more into debt because some silly clouds decided they wanted to be extra angry in my hometown that has NEVER seen angry cloud behaviors. What do I do about this? Play Webfishing.

If there was one thing I would add to Webfishing, it would be a boss. This game is SO close to scoring a perfect 5/5 on my Official LZulb Score, but is lacking a well fleshed out boss fight mechanic. It doesn't have to be easy to come across. A little random secret that the player will never find unless it was told to them by some divine force would be awesome!

Risk of Rain 2 showed me a world of gameplay all too familiar; yet I still go back month after month eager for more. What is it? All the characters there are to unlock? The annoying, but fun skins to unlock for the characters? Possibly. What I REALLY think the answer is will blow your mind. Before I get into my reasoning, you need to know some background.

Webfishing is a game all about fishing. You can unlock new exciting lures, play with friends, customize your character to your heart's desire, and so much more! A game like Webfishing is something I never knew I needed. I will unironically spend hours fishing away with my friends with a smile on my face. The graphics brings me back to when I would play Animal Crossing on my DSi while mom and dad were arguing in the car, yelling, sometimes hitting, and possibly even at me. The fear that maybe, one day, my life would change forever. The fear that they would divorce and I would be torn away from one my parents forever as I picked who I liked more and if I picked wrong, the daily build of anger would be taken out on me as I tried to finish my bowl of cereal. The memories of crying the day my parents sat everyone down and said they were divorcing. The memories of physical abuse my mother put me through and I had to endure every punch that came my way. The memories of my peers bullying me for flinching too much when it was engraved into my head. If I didn't react to any sudden movement, I risked hurting for weeks on end. Memories like these is why I love Webfishing.

Risk of Rain 2 has so much potential! In my humble opinion, I think it needs more characters to play as. The current roster is lackluster and can provide stale gameplay after a while.

Oh yeah! The reason I always went back to the game: It was enjoyable.

Elden Ring. Elden Ring Elden Ring Elden Ring... my beloved. There is so much to be said about this game that I will try my hardest to fit in one easy to read review. Here we go!


This game is a lot like Celeste. If you're not a fan of dying a lot and climbing mountains, you will not like this game. In Celeste, you climb one HUGE mountain. In this game, you climb probably 4 (four). To fully climb these mountains, you will need to put aside many hours.

This game also takes some aspects of Hollow Knight. You die a lot, but you upgrade your character a lot too! The character progression system is commonly praised for being similar to Hollow Knight. The bosses feel like they were taken straight from Hollow Knight too! Some would say this is a bad thing, but I personally think this is an AWESOME thing. The boss fighting mechanics of Hollow Knight were spot on.

The last game that Elden Ring is similar to is by far Dead Cells. You see, Dead Cells has this system where if you beat the game in a certain way, you earn Boss Cells. You use these as a "new game+" mechanic. Elden Ring simplifies this, though. You instead have to just beat the game in any way you know how, then just enter new game+.

My childhood game (played on the PS3) just got so much better! I actually never knew this game was on Steam until last week. When this game was on sale for remote play, I gifted the game to one of my friends and we've been eating the game up.

SPOOKY WHITE EYE MAN FROM BACKROOM. I REPEAT, WHITE EYE SCARY MAN. HE WILL CRACK YOUR SKULL AND KILL YOU. Look at buff, black, white eyed man and he leaves!!

Translation: Honestly a really fun game for being in early access! Me and my friends have TONS of fun and it's always a blast. I wish modding the game was a tad easier, but that's okay I suppose.

You guys are the best! I love this game soooo much :)

I now know what I'm going to name my future cats >:)

My favorite cat was honeydew.

Edit: New update is going to be crazy!
