Spent three hours trying to get it to launch on Saturday. I'm running a really modern, decent rig but I can't get past the Rockstar Social Club log-in screen. Submitted two tickets to Rockstar Support, took two days to get back in touch and so far have just given template responses based on what's already out there, despite me detailing what I'd tried in the original tickets.

Terrible for a triple-A release - and these are problems shared with like 20% of buyers. I'm gonna claim a refund through Steam.
