Even if it runs fine it's a completely underwhelming experience. This game may have been revolutionary if it were released in 2005 or maybe 2010, but every single thing it does has already been done better as of 2020.

Many people have already pointed out the major flaws and innate shallowness in NPCs, stealth, driving, combat, looting, etc. Really every aspect of the game suffers from being a mile wide and an inch deep, with the possible exception of story and sometimes graphics (great in some places, not great in others). I'm not going to discuss these issues at length. But please stop with the disingenuous "It's a great game, guys, it just runs like ♥♥♥♥!" smokescreen. You may well be enjoying it, which is great, but for many of us there are aspects of the game that are decidedly mediocre and are hugely disappointing to see in a 2020 release, especially one as hyped as this. It's not game of the year material, let alone game of the decade or whatnot.
