its crazy how slow it runs when nothing is open

Great and calming game, fun with friends especially. But it has AWFUL security issues and optimization is terrible. From what I've experienced, bots spam join lobbies. And from what I've heard, some bots scrape IPs. Not sure whether I believe that, but with the stuff going on, I wouldn't doubt it. But lets be real, they can't do anything with just your IP so even if that was going on, who cares. Still, it says a lot about the security of this game.

An absolutely fun experience, both alone and with friends. I loved playing this on Xbox 360, and having it on Steam is a treasure. It's such a good game. The movements and controls feel very nice to use, the weapons are unique (my favorite is the dart launcher!), and the guard cat enemies are just funny. The humor is right up my alley, as well! I love the cutscenes after every chapter. The levels adjust in multiplayer to account for the several players which I think is honestly incredible. The music is great, too. The Finale is my favorite track, its so adrenaline filling. I highly recommend this game.

I love this game. I originally played it for free with PlayStation Premium on PS4 and I really enjoyed it, although I was struggling. The controls were hard to use for me and the aiming was terrible with a controller. I now have this version, and man.. I love it. I'm still catching up to where I got on PS4, but I'm having a blast. The controls on PC work perfectly, though I'm using the mod RE4 Tweaks to make movement better. Leon looks amazing as usual, the textures look great, the atmosphere is great. One issue I have is the cut scenes seem to be rendered in-game. I assume so, as certain times in them I lag a bit, which causes the audio to de-sync from the video, which is annoying, but it's manageable if it isn't too bad.

So, get this game. And I recommend getting the mod RE4 Tweaks with it as it adds a whole ton of customization to gameplay without changing too much, like FOV, detach aiming from camera, ect.

Works way better than Voicemod, that's for sure. Can't believe I wasted my money on Voicemod instead of this. This works very well. Really needs an option to mute your microphone though, I hate muting it in device manager. Confusing for me, but i'm just stupid! At least I have the basics to it.

Really wish there was online multiplayer, would love to play this with friends. Love the game other than that, really fun.

This is the best game i've played in a long time. I really liked Deus Ex GOTY, and even said it was the best game I've played in a long time, but THIS... This is definetely one of the BEST GAMES I've ever played. I love this. So well made. Maps are redone entirely and new puzzles are added to have a mostly fresh new experience if you've played the original.
