Yes and Yes.

The story is quite interesting, especially if you like Arthurian legends, and as is more or less standard with urban fantasy, with other pantheons mixed in. As I gathered from other users' comments, there appear to be quite a lot of references or nods to other famous fantasy literary works (which I haven't read, so I'll take their word for it). I'll admit there's a bunch of cliched elements to the story considering the type of the game this is (of course there is a harem for the MC), but it's not that bad. At least there isn't any of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up stuff that some devs like to sneak into these kind of games.
On the topic of sex, the scenes aren't really visually elaborate. They are mostly just stills with a bunch of text (wich works very well for me, so I don't mind), with some animation here and there. That's actually fine, since the sex isn't really the ends, it's sometimes more like the means :D
The combat mechanics are fun enough but it can become a bit grindy if you're in it just for the story. Luckily there's a difficulty slider.
All put together, well worth playing (Well, if you're the target audience, I guess. I have yet to find a quality game of this kind not aimed primarily toward straight men. If you know any, please share.)
