It's Fallout 4. You already heard the reviews. You know the good and the bad. But what makes it great is the MODS. Want more immersion? Got a mod for that. Want more "realism"? Survival mode with mods. Want improved performance and a less buggy experience? Mods.

Bethesda hadn't quite sh*t the bed with Fallout 4 like they did with Fallout 76 so you can expect the usual buggy experience. But as I mentioned before all that can be fixed with mods which makes the game a LOT of fun. Fallout 4: Good shooter. Bad rpg.

Far Cry 5 follows the same formula as it's predecessors. Some guy (or gal in the case of 5) is at ground zero when the sh*t hits the fan and has to stealth-murder rampage their way out. We've been to far off locales and exotic places but this one takes place in the American heartland. It is an interesting choice for the series but not an unwelcome one. In Far Cry 5 you deal with a cult that takes over a valley in Montana and you have to save your friends and free the valley from Joseph Seed, a man bun wearing Matthey McConaughey religous crazy person. The game play itself is as good as you expect from a Far Cry game but, man, the story is kind of lacking here. A lot of the story goes right out the window when you consider the fact that as soon as the main character gets access to a plane/helicopter you could fly right the F**K out of the damn valley and call the military. But, of course, you don't and instead decide to handle the problem yourself, like an a**hole.

Good gameplay
Fun support characters

Improved stealth mechanics

Cons:
Bad story
Homeopathics (seriously, wtf)
Too many guns of the exact same type (AK-47 and a "tactical looking" AK-47, really?)

Would I recommend this to someone? Yes. It's a FPS. Story is rarely the strong point in these kinds of games. Running around shooting crazy dirty culty f**ks is fun as hell.
