Even though Don't Starve is, no matter how you look at it, a sandbox where you have to entertain yourself, there is always something to do in the world of the Constant. You can set the goal of destroying all the bosses, creating a huge base, or simply traveling through the worlds, looking for fun events. This is a random event generator and a game about “overcoming” that constantly keeps you on your toes.
As for Klei, the developers have always been distinguished by their loyal attitude towards their audience. The studio releases updates every month, shares animation videos and details about the creative process, and always listens to the opinions of players. Even the co-op was added solely at the request of fans - the authors considered the joint “Never-Hungry” to be unpromising.
The audience's support and Klei's constant work on bugs have borne fruit - if you tried Don't Starve at release, then it makes sense to return to it in 2023, because the game is strikingly different from the original version.
