What this means if this passes and they get rid of Net Neutrrality is that ISP providers will be able to charge extra for services like Netflix, Steam, and even normal every day services like Google searches if they so please. Or even block them completely if they want. So if this passes, think of your internet like a cable package, you will have to buy each part you want.
You know this is not a good idea when rival tech and information companies are banding together for a common casue.
