I want to make this clear:
My ban on PUBG was not deserved.
I left my game open (accident) during the launch of Vikendi and I woke up noticing I was banned. I've sent several support tickets to the PUBG support team and they have not responded. I have lost 800+ hours, and hundreds of dollars of skins for no apparent reason.
I have not utilized any cheating software, macros, or services that alter the game files.
PUBG support team is a joke. I have bought the game on another account, restart from scratch.
I did not deserve this ban, and will not accept it at all.
