Either way this is great game. I highly recommend trying to figure it out on your own with minimal guidance for the most enjoyment. It's full of little "aha" moments, the kind I really enjoyed from playing Zelda games and the Zelda fandom's fangames growing up.

Graphical style is really satisfying and so are the sound effects. Together, they're a really nice touch that make it feel cohesive in a way that a lot of games I've seen recently don't do nearly as well.
