Look, straight up the game has issues, but at least we don't have it on console. TLDR All in all, it feels like GTA and Deus Ex got high as hell on some dystopian street pharmas and then dropped the bang trophy off at an the orphanage. Kids got issues but has its parents genes in it; with a bit of love and attention it will grow out of its awkward phase and really shine. I don't mind playing it in its current state, I'll beat this playthrough, derp around with the side quests then put it down for a few months to get polished up.

First. Update your drivers and that will take care of the bulk of the graphical screw ups, no more floating trees, I never got the fun bits coming through cloth so not sure on that.

If you want a full completed, well polished game; wait a few months. If you can tolerate anything put out by Bethesda you'll be fine with this one. Maybe I am just lucky, I have had exactly one bug in 20 something hours of play time that forced me to reload, seems my dude jacked in just fine but jacking of... out? Nah couldn't finish.

Now, for the game itself.
Pretty as hell textures, animations can be a bit wooden.
The writing? Ehh, not the biggest fan but with all the voice acting, which is done above average, I get it.
The AI? Jesus, dumb as hell when it comes to driving and the popo spawning in to bust your ass is annoying as hell, I have faith they will address this.
Story? Above average, I'm content with it. It's no masterpiece, you can see the plot twists coming but it is fun, enjoyable and I know I'll be replaying it down the road.
Open World. Meh, needs some polish, the side quests are hit or miss and with how dumb the driving AI is can be a chore.
