First of all, sorry for not finding another decent title but it pretty much sums my following text.

I've been playing video games online for about 10 years now, experienced some great games and some great features and I can truly say to you that the matchmaking system that Valve has brought into CS:GO is probably the worst thing I've ever encountered as a gamer.

Yes, there's thousands and thousands of threads regarding how bad matchmaking is but really, do they matter in ANY way to Valve or to their policy or future ideas to updates ?

What the hell needs to happen in the matchmaking for the community finally have some DECENT changes into it ? Don't know, someone makes the headline of CNN by killing another guy while playing CS:GO ?

I'm going to tell you my experienced today with matchmaking. Played 6 matches. 5 of them were against people wallhacking or aimbotting.

What Valve gave us ? Yes, there's a Surrender feature but someone needs to leave the match in order to give surrender. So, let's put this case scenario: My team is playing against 4 retarded "British People" Or "Russian People"order to end the match, one of my team needs to leave and get banned for abandoning the match. I'm sorry, does this makes any sense to any people there on Valve ?

As a R6 player, I can honor or report a player after the game. Well, Battle eye system kind works because everyday we see reports on people getting banned for a certain period. So, what Valve gives you ? A commend/report system as well but with one difference: DOES IT ACTUALLY WORKS ?

Seriously, what's the meaning of that ? What's the objective ? Are there any results ? Where can we even see them ?

I found myself playing with people that never played Counter-Strike in their life. As a Counter-Strike enthusiast since the release of 1.5 (yes, I came late), its with great joy that I see friends of mine, who played Medal of Honor and Call of Duty in the past, playing Counter-Strike, at least on an active level, for the first time. But what do they get ? Cheaters and cheaters and more cheaters.

CS:Source came in the end of 2004 and with that, Sourcers had VAC 2. Almost 10 years have passed and Valve can't deliver any important and decisive update to stop with the abusive cheating. Not only in the most important eSports leagues all around the world since they use their own or 3D party anti-cheats but also in their own servers.

I wouldn't even complain about their ♥♥♥♥♥♥ 64 tickrate servers or having to play with 100 ping when my max ping is set to 70, I wouldn't even care about that if I simply could play without cheaters.

If any of you is reading this right now, you are probably asking, YES OK WE ARE BAD BUT WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST TO MAKE IT BETTER ?

Do you know that karma can be a ♥♥♥♥♥ right ? How about, like a simple posting method, introducing karma or anything like it to the players ? If a player as a huge negative karma, at least a specific one (eg: cheating?!?!?), is banned for entering the servers for a specific time. (WOW THAT'S HOW THE HONOR AND REPORT SYSTEM WORKS!!!)

Instead of giving 1 million dollars for the International 3 (sorry Dota guys) invest that money one creating or implementing DECENT changes into VAC 2. I'm sure you can find suspicious files around Google.

Clearly CS:GO ain't popular. It's a fact. Just look at LoL and compare it. If Riot can use their tribunal system with 100x more players than CS:GO, I'm sure Valve can do a better work on that. Act fast. Don't let cheaters play months on the servers until they get banned.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ gives us a "Surrender at any time" feature. Its stupid that one honest person needs to get banned for abandoning a match in order to stop a match that is being ruined by cheaters.

You know the .screenshot command that we saw in the Counter-Strike 1.6 gathers, which would enable the users to see what other players were doing ? Wouldn't that be awesome and a great help to you if you could let the community ".screenshot" and catch more cheaters than your anti-cheat ? Great!

Finally, I can say that if I didn't had to use CS:GO for some works, I mean, literally, for some works, I would have uninstalled it already. There's nothing more in the matchmaking system that keeps me wanting to play it. Your going to say: "BUT YOU'VE GOT MEDALS". Fantastic, I've got e-medals, which I need to win 50 matches to get promoted and lose one to go back again. Great Valve. Find another things to get your matchmaking attractive, more than simple e-medals.

You ruined my Counter-Strike experience. I really don't feel joy on playing the game, even against people I know. Everything I want to play for fun, I find fighting against myself for not deleting the game.

Either you change things or probably things will become worst in a near future, at least, in your beloved "casual gaming community" that you love so much and keep updating the game. There's nothing worse to a person on finding cheaters in the first time they try the game.
