this game is both an upgrade and a downgrade of borderlands games:
PROS:
-better game play
-better gunplay, gunsound, effects, mods, skills
-more guns
-better characters like all of them are like equally OP not like berserker op vs axton op level
-better map
CONS
-again fckin 2 season pass, fckin greedy shthead, ultimate edition? screw that you have to buy a 2nd season pass to own everything
-same sht level of story, like the character die so dumb meanwhile we are so strong but can save them
-no ultimate vault hunter mode
-lower level cap
-optimization is sucked
-so difficult to join friend game because of the connection itme out. i dont know if others get this issue
-they said in april 8th's update: BASE GAME update the diamond armory room but you need the dlc6 (only in season pass 2 or buy separately) to access
-mayhem mode is not for each player in the session like i'm playing with my own mayhem mod and my friends come to my room and he can change the mod to fit him, like the mayhem mods should be for EACH player not all players

overall 6/10 - good game but not the best borderlands game
i bought this game on steam because i love borderlands games so much that i ignore the lower price in epic store and went for the ultimate edition, but guess what they decided to release the season pass 2 and not included it in the ultimate edition, if not for this reason i would give this game a 8/10
but i'm not a professional gamer or writer or an artist, i'm just a normal gamer this is from my own view, if you like the game buy it
