As a consequence, people who dislike Five Nights at Freddy's truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the depth in Golden Freddy's garbled FNAF 1 Night 5 quote "The Joy Of Creation" which itself is a reference to an excerpt from the book "Autobiography of a Yogi". I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those ignorant fools scratching their heads in confusion as Scott Cawthon's genius wit unfolds itself on their computer monitors. What idiots…how I pity them.

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Five Nights at Freddy's. The lore is extremely complex and deep, and without a open-minded grasp of scary elements most of the horror will go over a typical player's head. There's also the fact FNAF was conceived from the game creator's greatest failure, the uncanny graphics of his previous game, Chipper and Sons Limber Co, giving forth the impression that you can eat failure and ♥♥♥♥ out success. The fans appreciate this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly experience the terror of the gameplay elements, to realize that it's not just scary- they teach you about stress management and the horrors of having a minimum wage job.
