If your most important problem is performance you better consider using raylib with c++. It will give you full control over what's going on hardware but ofc, it will take more time finish the game compared to an engine.

I'm waiting for further clarification from Unity. I'm trying out both Unreal and Godot. Both are good engines but not as good as Unity for creating high performance light weight games that can be easily built for PC, Mac and Web from the same computer. Unreal is beautiful but you need a high end PC for building for PC and a high end Mac for building on Mac. The Mac can't build for PC which is a major weakness of the Unreal engine, and nanite does not work on Apple Silicone which is another major drawback. Godot does not have the performance capability of Unity.

Ok, the reason why everyone in Australia can't purcahse my titles at the moment is because I had to accept/save the new AUD prices when they were introduced, which I think was late last year. The next step is that Valve will review the price and then approve it (I haven't changed it from their auto suggestion).

Hi there! I followed your GTGD S1 tutorial, started my own game and need some help at something. It's network related, I believe I need to make a rpc call, but I don't really know what exactly I have to write in the method. Will you please help me a bit? I added you as a friend on steam.

It will be an update patch. I'll remove the old project and put in a new project. Your Steam library entry will be the same.

I'm quite sure you can use Unity 2017. You will have to do some changes here and there. During Unity 5 some of the API has been changed such as the new Scene Management API and some new Navmesh API, but nothing difficult.

Hey, I've been watching your vids on youtube and I've completed Vid 1 to Vid 150 in 2 weeks, been a long haul but I think what I've made (with your help) has been pretty awesome! Your FPS tutorials actually provide enough understanding to actually do other different systems as well, since you've provided the fundamental understanding to the underlying script mechanics for idea implementation.

Hey dude i added you, fore some reason i have a problem at the episode 101 of your amazing series, i have the particles setup perfectly and running smooth when i simulate them, my code is the exact same as yours, i attached the script and the prefabs of the particles in the inspector. But when it comes to the game, the particles are instantiate in the inspector, but nothing appear on my screen. Also did a debug.log to see if the particles were instantiate properly and yes it worked so i'm a little bit confused .. Wish you could help me, have a good night :)
