THEY WERENT LYING, THE GAME CANT BE BEAT (because its peak? get it?)

ive just been grinding arcade mode for six hours across a few sittings so far and the soundtrack is great, the mechanics are solid, and the presentation makes this a banger game to sit down for a bit and try and top your scores for a bit.

i cant stop saying slide to the rhythm, step to the rhythm, wiggle your fingers AND tap the keys and i dont know if i ever will.



EDIT: having finished the story this game is an all-timer great that anyone with experiences of artistic struggles, loss of family, or relationship struggles from neurodivergence. this game has it all

incredibly good monster collector that takes the Digimon Story games a step closer to SMT. The creature customization here lets you make any of your favs into superboss destroying monsters, while still rewarding you for branching out to find the rare & more difficult evolutions.

Also the story is fun!

game's good, game's hard, and game's wide open to have you leave a boss fight you aren't having fun with and finding a bunch of upgrades (or straight up going around it)

if you've ever wanted to juggle seventeen buffs and debuffs in your head to try and make your characters strong enough to beat a dungeon that hates them (and you) this is the good stuff

This game is hella good, and made me cry while staring at a telephone while listening to great voice acting.
Short game that won't dissapoint.
