I don’t drink water and haven’t for about 25 years. The reason is it automatically makes me vomit. I used to drink only Pepsi for fluids but that is counter productive. Now I drink Gatorade a couple times a week but I found Crystal Lite Pink Lemonade and Fruit Punch individual servings. One per standard water bottle. It’s not ideal but my doctor said it’s better than vomiting or going without water. I do have zofran for the vomiting. Flavored water without sugar is your best bet to substitute. Also sweet syrup drinks like Pepsi, coke, etc… actually dehydrates you and makes it so water tastes bad. Good luck
