tldr: I feel like this game has promise its decent right now but id recommend waiting for more content/bug-fixes.
I'd give it a 5/10 or 4/10 in this state, average. It definitely has the potential now its just up to the developers to either make another cash grab or actually make a very good finished product.

As of right now this game is not finished it is still definitely EA regardless of the game being fully out. so far my game is unable to progress due to a couple of bugs that aren't fixed yet. I do feel like this game has a lot of potential though as the game play (when working correctly) is a fun time killer.

Problems with the game as of right now IMO:
-360 graphics (they try to be realistic, different art style would've been a much better decision)
-Lag spikes when doing anything, especially cutting trees...the entire point of the game
-painting and building are buggy(after finishing a pallet of wood/paint occasionally the last 3 or so repaired objects will revert)
-Vehicle steering sens is non existent, it takes 2 seconds to fully turn the wheel at least with keyboard
-vehicles that should be more than capable of towing a small trailer etc cannot tow anything
-Pickup truck has an unusable bed storage
-invisible map markers when using bus stop
-lighting inside player home is garbage, you can clearly see the actual light is 2 ft above the light fixture
-furniture shop needs some love and attention, it would be better with a actual shop screen rather than walk in.
-whenever building/painting/repairing that 1 second delay before your able to repair the next item gets annoying quick
-House customization is lackluster

What to fix/add imo:
-Allow player to spawn an owned vehicle nearby/inside for a fee. Driving a forklift across the map for 30min isnt fun.
-cutting trees down with the chainsaw isn't satisfying, i'd recommend either completely overhauling or outright replacing system.
-faster vehicle speeds (a 200hp buggy that only goes 50 mph)
- better lawnmower, the trimmer is faster as of right now than the more expensive lawnmower
-Adding options to upgrade mill (processing capacity or drying times, etc.)
-character customization would be nice but not needed
-dry logging, use the truck as transport instead of river and put humidity at ~50%

I was going to put things i like in this review as well but as of right now its hard to think of anything because its not possible for me to enjoy this game in the state that its in.
