Beat Saber is a great game in VR for anybody who enjoys playing to the musical beat.

It includes a fair number of built-in tracks that you can play on various difficulty levels, with the core gameplay involving slicing blocks in the proper direction with your "sabers" (little blades protruding from your VR controllers in both hands). Higher difficulties increase the speed and variety of the movement of blocks, and you can use a variety of modifiers to change up your experience - such as playing one-handed tracks instead of two-handed tracks, or playing without obstacles, or slowing down songs to practice them, etc. There are a variety of extra albums you can purchase as well, a couple of which I have grabbed and are quite enjoyable, but the developers have also added a lot of free tracks over time.

It is decent exercise as well, especially for someone like me who is relatively sedentary. I only just got back into playing the game after a year or two not touching it, and I'll do about 20-30 minutes trying to get some good ratings on a few songs I enjoy before I put everything away. It's kinda like playing something like tabble tennis or something in that it's a lot of fun and involves some exercise, but doesn't require you to run across a field and is more about timing/precision than big movements. If you play on harder difficulty songs, it will definitely get your heart beating - in my case I have to stop playing once I am risking submerging my headset entirely with sweat.

There's modding as well, for custom tracks and such, but these tend to break with updates so I haven't bothered with modding in a while. Still, the option is there for PC players who are interested.

I haven't played a ton of VR games, but this one alone more or less justifies my VR purchase. The only thing I am sad about is that I have yet to play nearly enough of it, but now that I got it running on my PC (had to get an HDMI to Display-Port adapter to get my VR headset running properly), I'm hoping to get dozens or hundreds of more hours in.
