Over the past week I've experimented, eating one meal a day and chewing (but not swallowing) the other 1-2. I get to enjoy the flavor of the food I cook but not all the extra calories.
Just weighed in today and lost 5 pounds. Is there some sort of catch here?
I would like. . . . uuuuhh
>Nacho Mountain — tortilla chips, shredded cheddar cheese, refried beans and pre-cooked shredded chicken breast, heaped onto a cookie sheet and baked until dry
>Dad's Cooking Tonight — Papa John's pizza. No toppings.
Take a tampon, soak it in vodka, stick it up your ass, go to work or wherever. Keep nice minty breath and catch a buzz.
