Well DreamBack VR sets up an atmospheric, I wouldn't say horror experience with ok graphics .
The controls are clunky, frustrating mechanics, and a slow, disjointed narrative make the journey more tedious than terrifying. Jump scares lose their punch, and the immersion often breaks due to awkward interactions.

That said, the game does nail its haunted mansion aesthetic, and if you have the patience, there are some genuinely eerie moments worth experiencing. But for most, this dream is one best left forgotten.

I wasn’t sure what to expect after such a long wait, ( huge fan of dead island btw) but Dead Island 2 absolutely delivers on the chaos and fun. The game doesn’t take itself too seriously, and that’s exactly what makes it so enjoyable ( and the gore system yas? ) .

✅ Gore and Combat – The combat system is insanely satisfying. The FLESH system makes every hit feel brutal and realistic. Weapons have weight, and chopping up zombies never gets old.

✅ Fun – The game leans into its ridiculousness. It’s got that classic B-movie charm, and the writing is self-aware without being cringy ( kinda ) .

✅ Varied and Beautifully Messy LA – “Hell-A” is a great setting. The semi-open world approach keeps things fresh, with iconic locations like Beverly Hills and Venice Beach crawling with undead. Although at the very beginning I thought that the semi-open world will ruin the whole experience. Well I was wrong.

✅ Performance and Polish – Surprisingly smooth launch! No game-breaking bugs, and it runs very well.

⚠️ Minor Downsides – The story is decent but not groundbreaking, and some missions can feel repetitive. But honestly, the sheer fun of the combat makes up for it.

Overall, if you want a game that’s just pure, unfiltered zombie-slashing fun, Dead Island 2 is 100% worth it. It might not revolutionize the genre, but it knows exactly what it wants to be—and nails it. I cannot wait for Dead Island 3 !!!!!!

"Dead Space" has been resurrected in a stunning remake that reanimates the spine-chilling atmosphere and intense gameplay that made the original a cult classic. From the moment you step aboard the USG Ishimura, you're immersed in a meticulously crafted world where every shadow hides a lurking terror and every creaking bulkhead adds to the tension.

Visually, the remake is a masterpiece, with updated graphics that bring the haunting corridors and grotesque necromorphs to life in gruesome detail. The attention to atmospheric detail is impeccable, from the flickering lights to the haunting audio design that keeps you on edge throughout your journey.

But it's not just a visual overhaul – the gameplay has been refined to perfection. Strategic dismemberment remains the key to survival, requiring players to carefully target enemy limbs to effectively dispatch the twisted creatures that stand in their way. Each encounter is a pulse-pounding test of skill and nerve, with a sense of dread that never lets up.

The story, has been given new life, with enhanced character models and voice acting that adds depth and emotion to the already gripping narrative.

In addition to the single-player campaign, the remake introduces new features such as updated controls and accessibility options, making it easier than ever for newcomers to experience the terror of "Dead Space" for themselves.

Overall, the "Dead Space" remake is a triumphant return to form for the beloved franchise, offering both longtime fans and newcomers alike a chance to experience one of the greatest horror games of all time in a whole new light. With its stunning visuals, refined gameplay, and immersive atmosphere, it's a must-play for anyone brave enough to step foot aboard the USG Ishimura once again.
