Ok, first the question: Do I really recommend this game?
The answer is yes, BUT not for 60€. The game is just too utterly broken sometimes and it will constantly softlock you. The softlocks are easily fixable by just quicksaving and reloading most of the time, but stuff like that still shouldn't happen. Other than all the softlocks, the game 1:1 feels like a Bethesda game. With funny glitches everywhere. People walking through walls, cars, your character. Corpses just weirdly getting stuck in the ground. People T-Posing. The AI being dumb. And many more stupid things like that, that don't really affect the game but are funny to look at.

Ok, so now the pros and the cons.
Pros:
I love the characters. I heard some people say that the characters lack emotions and that they're bland. But I honestly cant see that. Characters are unique and interesting. With lots of backstory, cool dialogue, questlines. You can even romance some of them.

The world. The game world is something I will talk about again in the cons, but for now I will talk about the pros of it. I love the aesthetics of the entire map. I love the huge city and the sudden transit from city to desert when you drive into the badlands. It all has a unique feeling to it which I really like.

Cyberware. Ok, cyberware is something that will also heavily go into the cons, but I want to put the idea behind cyberware into the pros. Cyberware is a great concept and if properly implemented can change the entirety of a game. And Cyberpunk also has a few really cool things like double jump, mantis claws and the projectile launch system for example. Those things heavily impact combat and movement, and force you into a new playstyle.

Main quest and side quests. The main quest and the sidequests are both amazing. Just like in The Witcher, the sidequests in Cyberpunk are good enough, that they could be their own little indie games. The game of course also has a bunch of repetitive bs, but most of that stuff is fully optional.

Cons:
The weapon system. I hate the weapon system in this game. If you find a weapon you really like, and you want to keep using it throughout the game, you'll HAVE to spec into crafting. The weapon system in this game is basically a looter shooter with the exception that you can upgrade weapons. So either you have to spec into crafting, or you just have to go F yourself and use a weapon that you really don't like, but you kind of have to, because it is way better than your current weapon. This just makes combat really unfun, because you gotta run around with weapons that just aren't fun to you. I feel like they should have just used the weapon system of Fallout New Vegas or Fallout 4. Where you have perks that increase the damage of certain weapons or weapon mods that make each weapon viable for the entire playthrough.

The armor system. The armor system might be 420 times worse than the weapon system. Imagine spending 30 minutes creating your perfect character, only to have him run around in really short pink shorts, weird looking business shoes, a golden glittery cowboy hat and stupid looking glasses, just because these clothes have a way higher armor rating than the jacket you are currently wearing that you really like on your character. You can kind of upgrade armor, by putting armor mods on them. But to put mods on armor, the armor needs to have mod slots. So if you find a really cool jacket, but it doesn't have any mod slots, its garbage. You could have implemented stuff like this way better. You could have used the cyberware system for example. Maybe give us implants that increase our armor rating and lock them behind street cred requirements or something. Imo, for a game like this, armor rating and clothing should be a separate thing.

The world. Ok, so now we're back at talking about the world. As much as I like the look and the feeling of it, it does get bland after a while. Every place just looks the same. Go to one point in the city, drive around for 2 - 3km and everything will still roughly look the same. The map is also really empty, I think there was a lore reason for the city being kind of empty, but its still kind of meh. The world is also really uninteractable, dozens of food stands that won't serve you, 90% of the houses are just closed off and except for a few components and crafting recipes there also isn't much to explore.

The combat. The combat is really nothing special except for the quickhack mechanic. Its just your basic: take cover, aim, shoot, take cover again, reload, repeat. I'm not really sure if this is a con, so I'm gonna say that the combat is just a neutral thing. Its there, but it really isn't anything special or exciting.

The cyberware. Ok, now to imo the most unutilized mechanic in gaming history ever. You could have done so many creative things with cyberware, but instead you decide to just make 90% of cyberware things that increase some numbers. More crit chance, more base armor rating, more RAM for quickhacks. There are only 4 things that fundamentally change gameplay. Mantis blades, double jump, charge jump and the projectile launching system. You could have been SO DAMN creative with the cyberware mechanic, its really really sad. I hope that in the future CDPR might release a free DLC that adds a bunch of new cyberware implants that actually impact the game. Because in its current state, cyberware is a real disappointment.

Cars. Cars in this game are really janky to control. Maybe its just me playing on mouse and keyboard, but me just trying to take a turn, ended up in me just drifting onto the sidewalk or crashing into some wall most of the time. I only found 2 cars in this game that don't control like a complete turd. Motorcycles are even worse, they control so damn badly. Also the drivers in this game. They don't even really have an AI. They just follow their set paths and if something stands in their way they just stop and will not move anymore for all eternity. There's also barely a reaction when you aim or shoot at them. They might scream or look frightened, but aside from that nothing in their behavior changes.

The skill tree. The skill tree is so totally stupidly broken, that its not even funny anymore (Ok, I lied. It is very funny) from handguns doing million points of damage, to people not being able to see you even if you stand right in front of them. I doubt that CDPR will fix any of this, because to do that they'd have to redo the entire skill tree. But damn, the skill tree is really broken.

The game overal being broken balance wise. If you think doing over a million damage with a revolver isn't already broken enough, get ready for armor mods. Thanks to armor mods like deadeye for example you can literally have your crit chance higher than 100% and increase your crit damage by a stupid amount. Each deadeye armor mod increases your crit chance by 15% and the crit damage by a whopping 30%. So only 2 deadeye mods will already increase your crit damage by 60%. Now imagine that + the million points of damage you can already do with handguns. Its so damn broken. Or the armadillo armor mod that can increase your clothing pieces armor rating by like 120 points. Have a few of them and you'll suddenly be at an armor rating of 3k and a point blank shotgun will only deal about 5 damage to you. The game being so utterly unbalanced is really funny, but I don't think that this is how the devs imagined this game to work. So I'm putting this into the cons.

Ok, now that we're done with the pros and cons, I will rate this game. I give it a 7/10 that can go up to an 8/10 if CDPR gets their ♥♥♥♥ together and starts fixing, changing and implementing things. At its current state, I recommend that you only buy this game if you see it on discount for 20€ or something. But it really isn't worth the 60€
