Don't listen to all the people negatively review bombing the game. Yes, the company is not the biggest, and yes they made bad choices before, yes the game has bugs, however, in my personal opinion, we should separate a game from the company that made it and judge the game by itself.

First and foremost the game is stupidly generous that the need to spend is minimal or nonexistent at all. I played the game since release, and I would say this is arguably the most generous gacha that can stay floating for as much as the devs feel like it. Like seriously you can get any of the IDs/EGOs by simply completing the Hardmode Dungeon 2 once per week for 3 weeks (at least with a bought Pass), we get 300 lunacy (summon currency) every week from maintenance and a multi-summon of 10 is 1300 lunacy. And let me tell you, it easily ramps up as you play.

Secondly, I want to talk about how good the art of character IDs and EGOs looks. The art is genuinely incredible and it really shows the effort of the artists (although I have to say I'm going to miss Vellmori's CG art).

Thirdly, I want to point out how good abnormality combat is. Human combat can be pretty automatic/brainless, the system shines in abnormality combat where you can decide where to direct every attack. Combat system can look pretty overwhelming or complex at first, however I can guarantee that by the time I hit Canto 3 (or Chapter 3), I got a perfect grip on the game, it's genuinely not hard to learn at all once you play for a little while, although resource management and EGO can be confusing at first you'll quickly learn the importance of it.

Overall I would say Limbus Company is a must-try for any gacha player who is not a degenerate who can't live without a woman showing skin on their screen every 0.45 centiseconds.
