I love this game so much ive brought it for friends and family alike and wont stop plugging it. Have you ever seen something be cute and Grotesque at the same time cause cause this game is that.
Reasons to buy.
1. It has virtual infinite replayability even Without mods![which btw there is tonne off: http://www.moddingofisaac.com/]
2. It manages to Be Casual and Pro all at the same time. It takes great skill to be good but at the same time you can slowly get better by just playing on a coffee break, though i play alot more cause its so much more fun than that.
3. Its funny
4. Risk vs Reward: This game can make your heart race.
5. Mystery and Discovery: The game gives hints and does not explain anything but the controls, it does not hold your hand.
6. The above point can also be said about the story with the amazing the symbolism, imagery undertones and subtext left for you to interpret.

BUY THIS GAME

Now i would recommend just playing this game and discovering things for yourself as much as you can until your not unlocking much of anything/making progress. or check to check if something is completely random like devil and angel rooms are not 100% random. The first devil room can be guaranteed. To get the chance of an angel room you need to get a devil room first and do not make a deal What Dice rooms mean, if secret rooms have a consistent way to find them etc.they do
