theres a co workshop author system so if its good enough i can add you as a contributor to the original mod so you can update the mod directly. But for starters yes, you do need to sub to the mod, make a copy of it somewhere in your unturned folder, after that you can just unsub the mod (to avoid id conflict) and then you can start altering it.

Thanks. I wont alter any existing pools, i'd expand on them a bit with the updates coming to nordic.

I haven't tried updating a mod from someone else's workshop item before. Do i just sub and alter it on my end, do you have a repo for this, or is there a co-workshop author system in place?

@samael hmmmmm fine, since atm i can't work on the 2.0 version of the override i wanted to finish
