After playing Xcom: EU and EW for a bit. I would like to say It is a very fun turn based strategy game. You are given a certain number of troops and you are to defend the entire planet from aliens.

Pros:
- Strategy game
- Decisions that you make will affect game
- Tension filling music
- Challenging
- The Customization is really detailed
- Not hard to learn how to play
- Save the WORLD

Cons:
- Not really realistic (i.e. guy with a shotgun misses the alien who is right in front of him)
- Aliens can shoot your troops through cover sometimes.
- Camera and controls sometimes glitch
- Narrow field of view
- Maps tend to repeat over and over
- The mission designs are quite repetitive
- Naming a soldier, your friends name, and watching them die is quite painful.

Overall, XCOM: EU is a very fun and thrilling game. I would give it a 9/10 due to the bugs.
