I have faith there is one “God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.” (Eph 4:6) But yes, certainly, there are people who do good in any faith. “They are the very ones who demonstrate the matter of the law to be written in their hearts, while their conscience is bearing witness with them, and by their own thoughts they are being accused or even excused.” (Ro 2:15)
